Production Machining

Due to the robotic nature of 5-axis machining it is well suited for high volume production. In addition to being able to build parts that cannot be made on a 3 or a 4 axis machine, 5 Axis machining is more efficient. We have built parts that would require as many as 23 set-ups on a 3 axis machine in only 2 operations.

With our skilled engineering staff we can design complex fixtures and tooling that maximize efficiency for higher quantity production runs.

By working with our customers we have reduced the run time on parts by as much as 80% which translated into an 80% savings in price and 4 times faster delivery.
